Frequently Asked Questions

How do I save emails from a temporary inbox before they expire?
Open your inbox on the homepage, come back to this tool in the same tab, click Load messages, tick the ones you need, and download CSV, JSON, TXT, or a ZIP of .eml files. Do it before expiry — when a temp inbox dies, its messages go with it.
What is a .eml file and how do I open or convert it?
A .eml file is a single email in the standard internet message format — headers, body and structure, exactly as the mail system saw it. Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird open .eml natively. To turn one into spreadsheet-friendly data, upload it here and export CSV or JSON, locally, with nothing to install.
How long do temp mail services keep messages before deleting them?
Only as long as the inbox lives — about 10 minutes here, minutes to hours elsewhere. Temp mail is deliberately ephemeral; the deletion is the privacy feature. That is exactly why this exporter exists: keep the verification mail or receipt as a file, and let the inbox vanish on schedule.
Can I export emails to CSV or JSON for a bug report or audit?
Yes — select the messages and pick a format. CSV carries metadata and bodies in spreadsheet form; JSON is a clean projection (date, from, to, subject, bodies) that never includes your session token. For a faithful per-message record, the ZIP of .eml files preserves each one as a standalone file.
Is it safe to upload .eml files to an online converter?
An email file can contain personal data, so the real question is where the parsing happens. Here it happens in your browser: uploaded and pasted .eml sources are parsed locally and never leave the page. With any converter that sends your file to a server, you are trusting them with the email's full contents.
